Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 banana
1 mango diced
3/4 cup low fat coconut milk
1/2 tsp cardamom
2 dates pitted
5 ice cubes

Steps:

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and creamier your smoothie will be.
  • Freeze your bananas ahead of time: This will make them easier to blend and will give your smoothie a thicker, more frozen texture.
  • Add some greens: Spinach, kale, or other leafy greens are a great way to boost the nutritional value of your smoothie. They are also a good source of fiber, which can help you feel full and satisfied.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: There are endless possibilities when it comes to making a Moroccan smoothie. Try adding different fruits, vegetables, and spices to find your favorite combination.

Moroccan smoothies are a delicious and refreshing way to start your day or refuel after a workout. They are packed with nutrients and antioxidants, and they can be customized to fit your own dietary needs and preferences.
