Sprinkle salt, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, cumin, coriander, and allspice over beef and vegetables. Stir to mix. Continue to cook mixture until beef is browned, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
