Tips:

  • To make the perfect peanut butter filling, use a creamy peanut butter that is not too thick or too thin. If your peanut butter is too thick, you can add a little milk or cream to loosen it up. If your peanut butter is too thin, you can add a little powdered sugar to thicken it up.
  • For the chocolate ganache, use a good quality dark chocolate that is at least 70% cocoa solids. This will give the ganache a rich, decadent flavor.
  • Be sure to chill the peanut butter filling and the chocolate ganache before assembling the bars. This will help the bars to set up properly.
  • If you don't have a 9x13 inch baking pan, you can use a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan. Just be sure to adjust the baking time accordingly.
  • These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
