1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (1/2 teaspoon dried)
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup chicken stock

  • Choose the best meat: Use a combination of ground turkey, ground beef, and ground pork for a flavorful and moist meatloaf. You can also use all ground turkey if you prefer a leaner option.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better the meatloaf will taste. Use fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices.
  • Don't overmix the meatloaf: Overmixing can make the meatloaf tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Bake the meatloaf at a high temperature: This will help to create a nice crust on the outside of the meatloaf. Then reduce the temperature to finish cooking the meatloaf through.
