1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup ketchup
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup cold water

  • Place ribs on a rack in a large shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1-1/2 hours. , Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, ketchup, vinegar and water until smooth. Bring to a boil.
