My mom makes this at Christmas time. I'm not a big fan of it but everyone else in the family loves it. It's a simple dish. *BUY the dried salted cod at least 24 hours before needed, you would need to rinse it many times, place in bowl cover with cold water and keep changing the water every 6 hours.

- 1. Boil pasta and eggs I do this together, just put the eggs in before the pasta. Cool pasta but don't rinse, cool eggs in ice water.
- 2. While pasta is cooking chop onion and pepper, using several different color peppers makes it pretty.
- 3. Add onion and pepper to cooled pasta then add garlic powder and celery salt, stir well then add mayo.
- 4. Chop up 6 eggs and add to pasta. Let sit for an hour or so then taste, you might have to add more mayo and spices to taste.
