EASY ONE-BOWL PUMPKIN BREAD
Steps:

- Stir in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and ginger; be careful not to over-mix.
- Transfer batter to the prepared pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes for dark or nonstick pans or up to 60-70 minutes for glass, ceramic, or light pans. The bread is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Tent the loaf with foil during the final 15-20 minutes of baking if the top starts to get too dark.

PUMPKIN-WALNUT BREAD
I got this recipe from a coworker years ago at a company potluck. It's "goof-proof;" even kids can make it. Add fresh strawberries and whipped cream for a great summer dessert! I give these as gifts at Christmas too... Just add a bow and "Voila!"

MOM'S BEST PUMPKIN BREAD
My mom has a cookbook that my aunt bought her from a church social back in the 70's. This pumpkin bread recipe is from that cookbook with some changes my mom has made thru the years. A very easy to make and moist, wonderful bread that my mom makes in loaf pans, tart pans, or her bundt pan. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Tips:
- Use fresh pumpkin puree. Fresh pumpkin puree has a richer flavor and texture than canned pumpkin puree.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the bread tough.
- Use a loaf pan that is at least 9x5 inches. A smaller loaf pan will make the bread too thick and dense.
- Bake the bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the toothpick comes out with wet batter on it, the bread needs to bake longer.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing it. Slicing the bread while it is still warm will make it crumble.
Conclusion:
This pumpkin nut bread is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for fall. The bread is moist and flavorful, with a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. The nuts add a nice crunch and texture. This bread is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
