3/4 c hersheys cocoa powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 3/4 c white sugar
1 1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 c water
CREEAM CHEESE ICING
12 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 stick butter softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 1/2 c powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. PRE- HEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES. SPRAY TWO 9 IN. PANS AND LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
  • 2. SIFT TOGETHER DRY INGREDIENTS ,SET ASIDE
  • 3. BEAT EGGS AND SUGAR 3 MINS. ADD VANILLA AND MAYONNAISE, BLEND WELL THEN ON LOW SPEED ADD WATER,MIX .

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, cubed
2 tablespoons 2% milk
1-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the water, mayonnaise and vanilla until well blended. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda; gradually beat into mayonnaise mixture until blended. , Pour into a greased 9-in. square or 11x7-in. baking pan.
