1/3 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup crushed saltines (about 24 crackers)
3 pounds ground beef

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the onion, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and crackers. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. 3 lb ground beef
1 can(s) 15.5 oz. evaporated milk
1 c oatmeal
1 c crushed saltine crackers
2 eggs
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp chili powder
SAUCE
2 c ketchup
1 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c chopped onions

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first set of ingredients. Mix well, Form into meatballs. Place in 15" baking dish.
  • 2. Combine sauce ingredients. Mix well. Spoon or pour over all the meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
