Steps:
- Spray your bundt pan and stagger the frozen Rhodes rolls.
- Sprinkle the rolls with 1/2 pkg of Butterscotch pudding.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar together and pour over rolls and dry pudding.
- Cover with Saran Wrap and let rise 4 hours (My mom has always made these Christmas eve and allowed them to just rise through the night. We did go to bed around midnight though and they were usually cooked around 7 so don't let them rise forever)
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
- Be so careful to not over or under bake. I usually do 22 min and then check them.

MY MOM'S STICKY CINNAMON BUNS
A recipe handed down from my Mom. We tweaked and tweaked till we got it just right! If Pillsbury Hot Roll mix ever goes off the market, I'll have a lot of recipes that don't work anymore. I use it as a base for everything!

MOM'S AIR BUNS (ROLLS)
This recipe for light, soft, buns did NOT come from my Mom, but it is so good that I dedicate it to all Moms who bake bread..or anyone who bakes bread for that matter! I will give the original recipe, but I admit that I now use the ABM to knead the dough, and will give instructions for this variation at the end. Preparation time is the length of time for the "dough" cycle on my bread machine. For anyone wishing to make 100% whole wheat buns,(a variation of this recipe, and equally delicious IMHO), I have submitted it as recipe #168802 with minor alterations. More tweaking...I now like Mom's 100% Whole Grain Air Buns, recipe #186744 even better for a healthier version.

Steps:
- Mix the 1/2 cup warm water, yeast, and 1 tsp sugar, and allow to proof.
- Melt the lard, and mix in sugar, salt, vinegar, and warm water. When body warm, add the proofed yeast, and beat in 1 1/2 cups flour. Let rest for 15 minutes.
- Knead in approximately 3 cups more flour.
- Let dough rise till double (approximately 2 hours).
- Deflate dough, and form into buns, any size, (I make 16 large) or loaves. Rise till double (takes approximately one hour, but depends on size/shape chosen).
- Bake buns at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes.
- For ABM, in my machine, on the "dough" cycle, I use 2 teaspoons of bread machine yeast, and I reduce the water to about 1 1/2 cups, the flour to 4 cups, adding a tad more water or flour as it kneads to get a smooth, soft ball of dough. I leave the other ingredients as posted.

Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor.
- Make sure your yeast is active before using it. If you're not sure, you can test it by dissolving it in a little warm water with a pinch of sugar. If it starts to bubble and foam within a few minutes, it's good to use.
- Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. This will help to develop the gluten in the flour, which will give the buns a chewy texture.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. This will give the yeast time to work and produce carbon dioxide gas, which will make the buns light and fluffy.
- When rolling out the dough, make sure it is not too thin. The buns should be about 1/2 inch thick before they are cut.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough before rolling it up. If you add too much filling, the buns will be difficult to roll and may burst open during baking.
- Bake the buns in a preheated oven until they are golden brown. The buns should be cooked through, but not overcooked, or they will become dry.
- Let the buns cool slightly before frosting them. This will help to prevent the frosting from melting.
Conclusion:
Mom-Mom's sticky buns are a delicious and indulgent treat that are perfect for any occasion. With their sweet, gooey filling and fluffy, chewy dough, these buns are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a special breakfast or dessert, give Mom-Mom's sticky buns a try. You won't be disappointed!
