1 medium green pepper, chopped

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

5 large juicy tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
3 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
1 (8 ounce) bottle fat-free Italian salad dressing
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
fresh parsley
fresh oregano
crouton

Steps:

  • Place all diced veggies in a large bowl and stir to mix.
  • Pour 1 bottle of fat free Italian dressing over the veggies.
  • Add 2 dashes of Tabasco.
  • Add a handful of fresh parsley.
  • Mix together.
