¾ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 (6 ounce) fillets monkfish
4 tablespoons bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, paprika, salt and pepper.

½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
½ cup pineapple juice
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce, oil, garlic salt, pepper, brown sugar, mustard powder, ginger and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Boil for about 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and allow to cool completely. When cooled, place the chicken into a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Press out as much air as you can, seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
  • Preheat a grill for medium-low heat. When hot, lightly oil the grate.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and discard the marinade. Cook until chicken juices run clear, 20 to 25 minutes. Turn as needed to keep the chicken from burning.

1 cup celery, chopped

1 apple, chopped (or use whatever fruit is in season)
1/4 cup plain yogurt (or Greek plain)
1/4 cup mayonnaise (if this will sit out, just use yogurt)
2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Grated zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
1 stalk celery, finely chopped, plus 1/4 cup chopped celery leaves
4 split-top hot dog rolls
Bibb lettuce leaves, for serving
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Dill pickle spears, for serving
4 cups barbecue potato chips

Steps:

  • Season the monkfish with 1/2 teaspoon celery salt, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and a few grinds of pepper. Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. 1/4 c mayonnaise
14 c lemon juice
3 Tbsp pimento
2 Tbsp onion
1 lb cooked haddock or cod
2 c cucumbers
2 c celery
4 lettuce leaves

  • 1. Chop cucumbers,onion,celery,set aside.Cook fish until it flakes.Let it cool a little.
  • 2. In a large bowl mix together, mayo,lemon juice, pimiento and onion.
  • 3. Add fish ,cucumbers and celery. Toss to coat evenly. Chill until nice and cool to eat.Serve on lettuce
