Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine everything but the bacon. Mix, using your hands, until well blended. In a roasting pan or iron skillet, shape the mixture into a lobster. With the ketchup, either rub a thin coating all over the lobster or make lines for visual appeal. Wrap the bacon slices across the tail or at joints, so everyone gets a little. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, covering the "claws" with foil after 40 minutes so that they don't dry out.

Steps:
- 1. Place fish in a buttered baking dish.
- 2. Sprinkle with onions, cover with soup.
- 3. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
- 4. Crush crackers, and mix with melted butter, add worchestershire sauce abd garlic powder.
- 5. Sprinkle over fish and cover.
- 6. Bake 10 minutes more
Tips:
- Choose the right ingredients: Use firm, white fish fillets such as cod, halibut, or tilapia. Avoid oily fish like salmon or tuna, as they will not have the same texture as lobster.
- Cook the fish properly: Be careful not to overcook the fish, as this will make it tough and rubbery. Cook it just until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Use a good quality lobster sauce: You can either make your own lobster sauce or use a store-bought brand. Be sure to choose a sauce that is thick and creamy, with a rich lobster flavor.
- Serve the mock lobster immediately: Once you have prepared the mock lobster, serve it immediately while it is still hot. This will ensure that the fish is tender and juicy.
Conclusion:
Mock lobster is a delicious and affordable alternative to traditional lobster. It is easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With the right ingredients and a little bit of care, you can create a mock lobster dish that is sure to impress your friends and family.
