1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained

1 small yellow onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 c instant rice
1 pkg lipton dry onion soup mix
2 c water

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, mix together the soups, rice, onion soup mix, and water. Brown your ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain. Mix your meat in with your soups and rice until blended.
