M&M'S FUDGE JUMBLES

M&M's Fudge Jumbles image

A real kid pleaser! These are made with brownie mix so couldn't be easier. This recipe adapted from one found on a brownie mix box back in the early '90's. Be sure to use the 21.5 oz size box of brownie mix (store brand is fine); otherwise they will be too runny. This recipe can be doubled.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor. Semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips are good choices.
  • If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of regular milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the cookies tough.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set. Overbaking will make them dry.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before frosting them. This will help the frosting set properly.

Conclusion:

MMS Fudge Jumbles are a delicious and easy-to-make cookie that is perfect for any occasion. They are soft and chewy, with a rich chocolate flavor and a sweet and tangy frosting. These cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
