5 ounces pre-washed spring greens
2 cups strawberries
1/2 pint blueberries
1/4 cup champagne vinegar
1/3 cup reserved mandarin juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons olive oil
