1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 can (4 oz) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Cool 5 minutes; stir in mushrooms, salt, sage and cheese.

1 pound bulk sage pork sausage
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 large egg, lightly beaten

  • Preheat oven to 375°. On a lightly floured surface, unfold pastry sheets; roll each into a 16x12-in. rectangle. Using a floured cutter, cut twelve 4-in. circles from 1 sheet; press onto bottoms and up sides of ungreased muffin cups.
