  • If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Press each to form 12-inch-long rectangle; press perforations to seal. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; cut into 2 long rectangles. Press each to form 12-inch-long rectangle.

1 ½ pounds deli sliced corned beef
1 (16 ounce) jar sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
1 pound sliced Swiss cheese

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed till pliable
6 ounces pastrami or 6 ounces corned beef, sliced
4 ounces swiss cheese, sliced
1/2 cup dill pickle, thinly sliced
