NO BAKE MINI OREO CHEESECAKES

Categories     Dessert

Yield 12

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 (14.3 ounce) package Oreo cookies (divided)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Set aside 12 Oreo cookies from the package.
  • Crumble the rest of the whole Oreos using a blender or rolling pin and set aside 1/3 cup crushed Oreos. We like to leave the centers in, but you can remove them if you want. Leaving in the oreo centers gives the crumbs a better taste.
  • In another mixing bowl combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar with beaters. Fold in the crushed Oreos until it is well combined.
  • Place 12 cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Add one Oreo to the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  • Evenly scoop the cream cheese mixture into each liner, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Press down with a spoon so the mixture will surround the Oreo on the bottom.
  • Sprinkle the 1/3 cup crushed cookies on top of the cheesecakes and press down so they will stay.
  • Freeze for 3 hours before serving.

MINI OREO CHEESECAKES (FROM TASTY)

Mini Oreo Cheesecakes (From Tasty) image

Categories     Cheese

Number Of Ingredients 8

16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
12 Oreo cookies
6 Crushed Oreos for topping
12 Muffin tin liners

Steps:

  • Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until well combined.
  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners (white looks the cutest), and place a whole Oreo at the bottom of each liner.
  • Top with cheesecake mixture and crumbled Oreos (you can mix them into the cheesecake if you prefer).
  • Bake at 275°F/135°C for 22 min.
  • Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours, leaving the cheesecakes in the muffin tin.
  • Remove them from the muffin tin right before serving.

Tips:

  • Use a muffin tin: This is the easiest way to make mini cheesecakes. Just line the muffin cups with cupcake liners and fill them with the cheesecake batter.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened: This will help the cheesecake batter to be smooth and creamy.
  • Don't overbeat the cream cheese: Overbeating can make the cheesecake batter dense and grainy.
  • Use good quality chocolate: This will make a big difference in the flavor of the cheesecakes.
  • Chill the cheesecakes before serving: This will help them to set and firm up.

Conclusion:

These mini Oreo cheesecakes are the perfect dessert for any occasion. They're easy to make, delicious, and always a hit with guests. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give these cheesecakes a try. You won't be disappointed!
