Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 12 count muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a large bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, marinara sauce, uncooked quick cooking oats, ground turkey, Italian seasoning, garlic and bread crumbs.

- 3. Top with a tablespoon (more or less depending on your preference) and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 4. Bake uncovered on center oven rack for 25 minutes.
Tips:
- Choose high-quality ground beef: Look for ground beef that is at least 80% lean. This will help ensure that your meatloaves are moist and flavorful.
- Add plenty of seasonings: Don't be afraid to season your meatloaves generously. Italian seasoning, garlic, onion, and Parmesan cheese are all great options.
- Use a variety of bread crumbs: Using a combination of bread crumbs, such as panko, Italian bread crumbs, and regular bread crumbs, will help to create a crispy crust on your meatloaves.
- Don't overmix the meatloaf mixture: Overmixing the meatloaf mixture can make it tough. Just mix until the ingredients are combined.
- Cook the meatloaves at a high temperature: Cooking the meatloaves at a high temperature will help to create a nice crust and keep the meatloaves moist.
- Let the meatloaves rest before serving: Letting the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving will help them to retain their juices.
