2 cans (14.5 oz each) French style green beans, drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup French-fried onions

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 4 (7- or 8-oz) individual baking dishes (ramekins) with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, mix green beans, soup, garlic and pepper flakes. Divide mixture evenly among baking dishes. Top with onions.
  • Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until bubbly and onions are golden brown.

I LOVE green bean casserole...I HATE leftovers. This recipe can serve as a side dish for two or as a whole meal for one. If you want you can leave out the mushrooms and substitute for cream of celery. However, I really like mushrooms. Some people may also like to sprikle some french's dried onions on top, but once again, it is not my thing.

1 (15 ounce) can green beans (french cut or your preference)
4 ounces white mushrooms (half of the small 8oz pack)
0.5 (10 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350*F.
  • Chop mushrooms and stick them in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and cook on high for about two minutes or until mushrooms are done.
  • Add half of the can of soup and stir to combine.
  • Open can of green beans and pour in about half of the liquid from the can. Drain the rest.
  • Add the green beans and ground black pepper and stir well.
  • Put into small casserole dish and place in over for about 35 minutes.
  • Turn the oven off and let stand for five more minutes.

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (2 7/8 ounce) can French's French fried onions (about 1 1/3 cups)
32 ounces refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuit dough (16 biscuits)

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 375°F Spray 16 (2 1/2-inch) muffin-pan cups with vegetable cooking spray. Stir the green beans, soup, milk, 1 cup cheese and 2/3 cup French fried onions in a large bowl.
