2 cups sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-1/2 cups miniature chocolate chips
Glaze:
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup shortening
1-1/4 cups ground walnuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extracts. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder; gradually beat into creamed mixture. 1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup cold butter
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
OPTIONAL GLAZE:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons 2% milk
