SUPER SIMPLE MINI CHOCOLATE BANANA CREAM PIES
This is a nice simple recipe that is quick to put together and very tasty. They are extremely fast to make if you microwave the filling. Time does not include cooling period. Note: I use "Cook & Serve" pudding for this recipe as I feel that it has a better taste and texture then instant. If you chose to use instant pudding, please make sure to follow the package directions.

Tips:
- Choose ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your pies will be.
- Use a food processor or blender to make the banana filling: This will help to create a smooth and creamy filling.
- Don't overfill the pie crusts: The filling will expand as it bakes, so be sure to leave some room at the top.
- Bake the pies until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set: This will usually take about 25-30 minutes.
- Let the pies cool completely before serving: This will help the filling to firm up and the crust to become flaky.
Conclusion:
These mini banana cream pies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. With their creamy banana filling, flaky crust, and whipped cream topping, they're sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat to make, be sure to give these mini banana cream pies a try!
