2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 jar (28 ounces) prepared mincemeat
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Line an 8-in. square baking pan with foil; grease foil with butter. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in oil and milk.
