MISO BUTTER ROASTED CHICKEN
I love this recipe for its simple front-end prep. Spatchcock the chicken yourself or ask your butcher to spatchcock it for you. Then the only work left to do is to chop the veggies. Once it's in the oven, there's ample time to set the table and talk. -Stefanie Schaldenbrand, Los Angeles, California

JUICY ROASTED CHICKEN
My grandmother's recipe for roasted chicken. We are German and she used to do it this way all the time. I never have had a chicken this juicy before; this little trick works and makes the people eating it go silent. It's funny. We nibble on the celery after.

A standard offering at brunches, Mimosas are as pretty as they are tasty. In this Mimosa recipe, the champagne doesn't overpower the orange juice-especially if the champagne is extra dry. -Taste of Home Test Kitchen, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

THE BEST ROASTED CHICKEN
This is the best chicken I have ever made. My husband liked this so much that, because I had leftover potatoes, gravy, and cornbread stuffing, I had to make another chicken.

Tips:
- Use a whole chicken for the best flavor. A whole chicken will give you more meat and a richer flavor than just using chicken breasts or thighs.
- Make sure the chicken is completely dry before roasting. This will help the skin crisp up and prevent the chicken from steaming.
- Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper. This will help to enhance the flavor of the chicken.
- Roast the chicken at a high temperature for the first 30 minutes. This will help to brown the skin and seal in the juices.
- Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and continue roasting for another 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This will ensure that the chicken is cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the chicken, making it more tender and flavorful.
- Serve the chicken with your favorite sides, such as roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a salad.
Conclusion:
Mimosa roasted chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The chicken is roasted with a mixture of orange juice, champagne, and herbs, which gives it a unique and flavorful taste. The chicken is also very juicy and tender, thanks to the addition of butter and olive oil. If you are looking for a new and exciting way to cook chicken, mimosa roasted chicken is definitely worth a try.
