MILLIONAIRE CANDY
This is the old timey way to make millionaires. It is the method passed down to me from my mother and to her from her mother. I will never make them any other way. A good bit of the cook time for this recipe is actually "cool" time.

S'MORE CLUSTERS
Our two sons love to help me break up the chocolate and graham crackers for these tasty treats-that way, they can tell their friends they made them! The chocolaty clusters taste just like s'mores, but without the gooey mess. It's difficult to eat just one.

Steps:
- 1. Slowly melt caramels and milk together in medium size saucepan. Add chopped pecans and mix well. Remove from heat and let mixture cool for about 30 minutes to an hour. This way they'll hold their shape better.
- 2. Meanwhile, line two large cookie sheets with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray. Drop clusters by using a tablespoon onto prepared cookie sheets. Place in refrigerator or freezer for a few hours to firm them up. I sometimes leave them in the freezer overnight but a couple of hours or so works great, too.
- 3. Slowly melt the chocolate bark & dip each cluster into chocolate, covering all sides. Place onto waxed paper and let harden. TIP: only take out one cookie sheet at a time from the fridge/freezer because they soften quickly.
- 4. Note: I use the chocolate almond bark from Wal-Mart. I melt the whole package and once I have covered all the millionaires I then chocolate cover pecans, peanuts, raisins or peanut butter between crackers to use up all the chocolate.
- 5. TIP: These freeze very well. You can even eat them right from the freezer with no thawing. Also, I use a half package each of the white and dark chocolate. This gives it a milk chocolate taste that I love.
- 6. ALMOND BARK: Most Walmarts carry this item. You can normally find it in the baking aisle along with chocolate chips, etc. Some grocery stores and Walgreens also carry it. It comes in white chocolate as well. I have never made this candy using the white chocolate but I'm sure it would be wonderful.

Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better your Millionaire's Clusters will taste. Look for chocolate with a high cacao content (70% or higher) and a smooth, rich flavor.
- Be patient when melting the chocolate. It's important to melt the chocolate slowly and gently, stirring constantly. This will help prevent the chocolate from seizing up or burning.
- Don't overmix the chocolate. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the other ingredients quickly but gently. Overmixing can make the chocolate mixture too thick and difficult to work with.
- Chill the chocolate mixture before shaping. This will help the chocolate to set up more quickly and make it easier to handle.
- Be creative with your toppings. You can use a variety of toppings to decorate your clusters, such as nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and sprinkles.
Conclusion:
Millionaire's Clusters are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. With their rich chocolate flavor and crunchy, salty texture, they're sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a special treat, give Millionaire's Clusters a try!
