Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs work best for this recipe. If you're using chicken breasts, slice them into 1-inch pieces. If you're using chicken thighs, trim off the excess fat and cut them into 1-inch pieces.
  • Make sure your sauce is thick enough. The sauce should be thick enough to coat the chicken pieces without being too runny. If it's too thin, add a little cornstarch or flour to thicken it up.
  • Don't overcook the chicken. The chicken should be cooked through but still juicy. Overcooked chicken will be dry and tough.
  • Serve with your favorite sides. Midwestern barbecued chicken bites can be served with a variety of sides, such as mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or baked beans.

Conclusion:

Midwestern barbecued chicken bites are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the sauce is sweet and tangy. This dish is perfect for a casual gathering or a potluck.
