1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
3/4 cup cheese dip (from 15-oz jar)
2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry (from 1-lb bag), thawed, drained

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square pan or 2-quart glass baking dish with cooking spray. In small bowl, cover onion with hot water.
  • In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in cheese dip. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.

2 beef tenderloin steaks, 1 1/2-inches thick
1 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 lb butter
12 shallots, chopped
8 garlic cloves, minced
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons Burgundy wine
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Steps:

  • Marinate the steak in the olive oil and 4 cloves garlic for 2 hours at room temperature.
  • Prepare the sauce by melting the butter in a medium saucepan.
  • Add shallots and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Add Worcestershire, mustard and rhe 8 cloves garlic and wine.
