Tips:
- Use a large mixing bowl to combine the dry ingredients. This will help to ensure that they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Be sure to measure the ingredients accurately. This will help to ensure that the muffins turn out correctly.
- Do not overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the muffins tough.
- Fill the muffin cups only about 2/3 full. This will help to prevent them from overflowing.
- Microwave the muffins on high power for the recommended amount of time. Check the muffins for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are done.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.
