1 lb box confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1/3 c milk
1 c peanut butter

Steps:

  • 1. Place sugar,butter, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Cook in the microwave 2 minutes on high.
  • 2. Take out, beat ingredients with a hand mixer until combined. Microwave 30 seconds more, then add peanut butter and mix by hand or mixer until combined.
  • 3. Spread in a foil or wax paper lined pan. Let cool then cut and enjoy!

1 (24 ounce) package white almond bark, broken in half
12 ounces peanut butter, or more to taste
3 (1.5 ounce) bars milk chocolate candy bars (such as Hershey's®)

Steps:

  • Line an 8-inch square pan with waxed paper or spray with cooking spray.
  • Place 1 almond bark half in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in the microwave, in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting until smooth, 1 to 3 minutes. Add peanut butter to melted almond bark and mix well. Add the remaining almond bark to the bowl and push to the bottom of the bowl.
  • Heat mixture in the microwave for 1 minute; stir to break up any large pieces. Continue heating in microwave, in 30 second intervals, until completely melted. Pour fudge mixture into the prepared square pan.
  • Melt chocolate bars in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes. Drizzle melted chocolate over fudge. Swirl the chocolate into the fudge using a knife.

This is a VERY easy fudge that never fails! But, make sure you use the largest size mixing bowl & have all your ingredients measured and ready. As you microwave, the mixture boils to the top of the bowl!

3/4 c butter, melted
3 c sugar
5 oz evaporated milk
1 1/4 c peanut butter
1 can(s) marshmallow cream - 7 oz
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Melt butter I minute. Add sugar & evaporated milk, stir well. Return to microwave. Cook for 3 minutes - stir. Cook for 2 minutes - stir. Cook for 3 minutes - stir. Cook for 2 1/2 minutes - stir.
  • 2. Add peanut butter (or 2 cup chocolate chips) and stir until melted. Add marshmallow cream & vanilla. Using mixer, beat until smooth and well blended. Immediately pour into buttered 9 x 11 pan. Cool.
