1 cup fresh salsa (or your favorite jarred red salsa)
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese (divided)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
tortilla chips for dipping

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, stir together beans, salsa, 3/4 c. cheese, and cumin. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Pour dip into a serving bowl, and immediately spread remaining 1/4 c. cheese over the top so it will melt. Top with a dollop of sour cream and salsa if desired.
  • Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

1 ¾ cups guacamole
1 ½ cups sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, diced

Steps:

1 (30 ounce) can refried beans
1 (1.25 ounce) package dry taco seasoning mix
1 jalapeno pepper, diced, or more to taste
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

1 onion , chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp soft brown sugar
1 tsp wine vinegar
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
400g tin mixed beans , rinsed and drained
400g tin chopped tomatoes , with garlic
handful grated cheddar
100g tortilla chips
serve with chopped avocado (optional)

Steps:

  • Fry the chopped onion in olive oil until soft. Add soft brown sugar, wine vinegar and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 1 min then add the mixed beans and chopped tomatoes with garlic. Simmer for 10-15 mins until the sauce has thickened then season.
  • Scatter handful grated cheddar onto tortilla chips. Microwave on High for 1 min until cheese has melted. Serve alongside the dip (top with some chopped avocado if you like). Make ahead and reheat dip before guests arrive.

16 oz. shreaded taco cheese

  • take a square glass dish 8X8 add cream cheese, spread all over bottom, add beans and spread all over cream cheese. add salsa 1/2 jar on top of beans add cheese to top . cove with suran wrap and mic for 9 min. until all is melted take out and add chips and sour cream. (just dip it )

1 can(s) refried beans
1/3 c sour cream
1 jalapeno, chopped
1/3 c monterey jack cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. Finely chop jalapeno and shred cheese. Sqeeze one fresh lime.
  • 2. Mix refried beans and sour cream.
  • 3. Add all ingredients together and mix.
  • 4. Microwave on high for one minute intervals until all cheese is melted.
  • 5. Serve with your favorite chips, my favorite chips are Juanitas! You can also add some salsa for flavor. My favorite (after many tested) salsa is Herdez! Next to homemade Herdez is the best!
