Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of beef: Flank steak, skirt steak, or chuck roast are all good options for this recipe. These cuts are relatively inexpensive and have a good amount of flavor.
  • Marinate the beef: Marinating the beef helps to tenderize it and add flavor. You can use a variety of marinades, but a simple mixture of olive oil, garlic, cumin, and chili powder works well.
  • Cook the beef over high heat: This will help to sear the meat and lock in the juices. You can cook the beef in a skillet or on a grill.
  • Don't overcook the beef: Beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare or 160 degrees Fahrenheit for medium.
  • Serve the beef with your favorite toppings: Some popular options include guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and cheese.

Conclusion:

This Mexican spicy beef tortilla recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight meal. The beef is tender and flavorful, and the tortillas are soft and chewy. The combination of flavors and textures in this dish is sure to please everyone at the table.
