3/4 cup corn kernel (fresh uncooked preferred, but can substituted frozen or canned)
3/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (reduced fat variety, if desired)

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
