3 jalapeno peppers, seeded
2 serrano peppers, seeded
1 bunch of cilantro
2 green onions
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp kosher salt
fresh black pepper

Steps:

  • Roughly chop peppers and green onions. Place into large food processor.
  • Add cilantro to food processor and pulse a few times.
  • Add remaining ingredients to food processor and pulse until blended.

2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons water

3 tablespoons finely chopped white onions
3 tablespoons light olive oil
1 small dried chili, crumbled
