Number Of Ingredients 10

3 large stalks celery from the heart, including leaves, plus extra for serving
36 ounces tomato juice (recommended: Sacramento)
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon grated yellow onion
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
12 dashes hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco), or to taste
1 1/2 cups vodka

Steps:

  • Cut the celery in large dice, including the leaves, and puree in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Process until finely minced. In a large pitcher, combine the rest of the ingredients except the vodka. With the food processor running, pour 1/4 of the tomato juice mixture into the food processor through the feed tube. Then pour the contents of the food processor into the pitcher with the remaining tomato juice mixture. Add the vodka and chill. Serve in tall glasses over ice with a stick of celery.

1 lime (quartered)
3 ice cubes (or more)
3/4 cup tomato juice
Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
Hot red pepper sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
One (11.2-ounce) bottle Corona or similarly light beer

Steps:

  • Sprinkle some salt on a plate and spread out evenly. Rub a lime quarter around the rim of a glass, then dip the rim into the salt.
  • Add ice cubes to the glass and squeeze in some lime juice. Add the tomato juice, a couple dashes each Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, and a little salt and pepper and stir well. Top the glass up with Corona, and continue to do so as you drink. If desired, tweak with more lime juice, Worcestershire, and/or hot sauce.

1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice (about 1/2 an orange)
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1/2 a lime)
2 ounces tequila blanco
4 ounces light Mexican beer (such as Corona, Pacifico, or Sol)
Tabasco
Worcestershire
Garnishes: Lime wedges (olives, jalapenos, celery sticks, cheese cubes, etc.)

Steps:

  • Combine the vegetable juice, orange juice, lime juice, tequila, and beer in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and carefully secure the lid*.
  • Shake the contents vigorously for at least 30 seconds, or until the beer has gone flat.

2 teaspoons sea salt or coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon chili seasoning mix
6 ounces tomato juice ( - or Bloody Mary Mix)
1/4 cup lime juice ( - 2 to 3 limes)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce ( - vegan)
1 teaspoon hot sauce ( - you may add more after trying the finished product)
12 ounces beer ( - your favorite, I used Dos Equis)
3 green olives (- optional for garnish)
1 wedge lime (- optional for garnish)

Steps:

  • Mix the salt and chili seasoning in a saucer and spread wider than the rim of the glass.
  • Use a lime wedge and rub around the rim of each glass.
  • Hold the glass from the bottom and move straight down and place into the salt/chili seasoning mix. Lift and set aside.
  • Pour all of the drink ingredients into a large pitcher and mix.
  • Fill up the glass with ice.
  • Pour the mixed drink over the ice.
  • Serve with olives and lime wedges for a little extra fun.
