1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

8 ounces uncooked spiral pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the taco seasoning, tomato sauce, green pepper and spices. ½ pound seashell pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
½ cup sweet corn kernels
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
¼ cup salsa
¼ cup sliced black olives
1 ½ tablespoons taco seasoning mix
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Cook onions and pepper in oil until lightly browned, 10 minutes. Stir in corn and heat through. 1 small onion, chopped

1 cup chunky salsa
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies

1 cup frozen corn
1 jar (24 ounces) Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
1 1/3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (6 ounces)
2 medium roma (plum) tomatoes, thinly sliced

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 4-quart casserole.
