2-6oz cans tuna fish in water , drained (your choice)
1-small onion, diced
1-cup shredded cheese (your choice)
1-cup frozen veggies, thawed and drained
2-large eggs
2-cans crescent sheets

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except sheets. Spray pan with Pam or nonstick spray into a lined 13x9 baking pan with one sheet. Layer tuna mixture onto the first sheet of crescent roll sheet. 3 can(s) white albacore tuna in water (6 oz each)
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, low sodium if possible) (26 oz each; family-size)
12 oz rainbow rotini pasta
8 oz shredded Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz Kraft shredded four cheese blend
10 oz frozen peas (organic preferred)
1 pinch pepper, to taste
1 pinch salt, to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Cook pasta al dente (9 minutes) or as directed on package. Drain.
  • 2. Combine in the pot pasta, cream of mushroom soup, tuna, peas, salt, pepper, and cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  • 3. Transfer into a covered casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • 4. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes prior to serving. Serving suggestions - serve with crusty bread and salad or green veggie. ;) Enjoy!

1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) can crescent dinner rolls
sesame seeds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed

Steps:

  • Combine tuna, frozen peas, cheddar cheese, celery, bread crumbs, onion, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise; mix well. Spoon into 10x6 baking dish. Separate crescent roll dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut dough into 4 long and 8 short strips. Place strips over casserole in lattice design. Brush lightly with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350*, 35-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve with Cool Cucumber Sauce.

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
