Tips for Making Melt-in-Your-Mouth Strawberry Muffins:
- Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Toss the strawberries in sugar and let them sit for a few minutes before adding them to the batter. This will help them release their juices and make the muffins extra moist.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the muffins tough.
- Fill the muffin cups only ⅔ full. This will allow the muffins to rise properly.
- Bake the muffins at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will help them develop a crispy crust and a tender crumb.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving. This will help them set and make them easier to handle.
Conclusion:
These melt-in-your-mouth strawberry muffins are the perfect way to start your day or enjoy as a sweet treat. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you have a hankering for something sweet, give these muffins a try!
