2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/2 cup black olives, cut in half
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
salt and black pepper
3 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
zest of 1 lemon
