2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 large eggs
1 small Spanish onion, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
2 pounds ground beef

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Add the panko, milk, cilantro, ketchup, barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, garlic, green onions, eggs, Spanish onion and red bell pepper to a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. 2 eggs
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
½ cup salsa
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup barbeque sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon celery salt

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

1 cup fine dry breadcrumb
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1/4-1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
