- Rip bread into tiny pieces and place in a large bowl. Add milk to soak bread and mix gently.
- Add meat to the soaked bread and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently a few times.
- Add in ranch packet and one egg. Using your hands, incorporate all of the ingredients until mixed but not over mixed.
- Place meat mixture onto a foil-lined pan (see helpful tips for how to make a meatloaf pan) and shape into a loaf.
- Mix together ketchup, raw honey and mustard until well mixed. Coat the loaf evenly with the ketchup glaze.
- Bake meatloaf in a 350F oven for 60-80 minutes or until an instant read thermometer reads 165F.
