1/2 (6 ounce) package pork stuffing mix
1 egg (beaten)
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup brown sugar (divided)

Steps:

1 onion, chopped
1 cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and cracker crumbs. 1 medium onion finely chopped
1 medium green bell pepper finely chopped
1 c uncooked rolled oats
2 eggs beaten
1 c milk
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can(s) jalapeno peppers
1 pkg sliced monterrey jack cheese
1 can(s) spicy tomato sauce

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and ground pork.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and green pepper to the mixture.
  • 3. Add the oats, eggs, milk, salt and pepper to meat mixture and mix well.
  • 4. Press 1/2 of the mixture into the loaf pan.
  • 5. Clean seeds from jalapeno peppers Place 3 or 4 on top of the meat Then top with monterey jack cheese.
  • 6. Place remaining meatloaf mixture on top of the cheese Press firmly into pan form loaf Sealing peppers and cheese into meatloaf.
