1 small jalapeño chile, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Steps:

  • Whisk together cranberry sauce, pepper jelly, lemon juice, and garlic salt in a Dutch oven or large pot over medium, whisking until mixture melts and is well blended, about 4 minutes. 1 small onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed French-fried onions (such as French's®)
1 (14 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce (such as Ocean Spray®)
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce (such as Heinz®)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add beef, milk, onion, and salt; mix well. Sprinkle in crumbled fried onions and mix until evenly combined.

1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 1/2 cups chili sauce or 1 1/2 cups catsup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon citric acid or 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, bread crumbs, parsley, eggs, garlic, onion powder, basil and pepper.

1 cup fine breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup ketchup
1 cup tomato juice
1 (398 ml) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar
