1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package (12 ounces) frozen fully cooked Italian meatballs, thawed
1-1/2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
3/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions for al dente; drain., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs; remove from pan. 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup sour cream
Hot cooked egg noodles

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls., Place flour in a large shallow bowl; gently roll meatballs in flour. 1 teaspoon salt
3 large egg yolks
1 large egg
6 tablespoons water
MEATBALLS:
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef
SAUCE:
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon paprika
2 quarts water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon minced parsley

  • In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center. Beat egg yolks, egg and water; pour into well. Stir together, forming a dough. 1 egg
⅓ cup dry bread crumbs
½ small onion, chopped

1 (16 ounce) package mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
1 teaspoon ground mustard

1 lb ground turkey
1 egg
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 minced garlic cloves
3 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 lb mushroom, caps only, thinly sliced
1/2 cup beef broth (I use Better Than Bouillon)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons flour
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill or 1/2 tablespoon dried dill
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/4 cup white wine
salt & freshly ground black pepper
8 ounces medium egg noodles, cooked

Steps:

  • Heat large non-stick skillet over high heat and sear meatballs on all sides, for about a minute. Remove to a plate.
  • In a clean wide skillet, heat butter. Sweat onions and add mushrooms and sauté over medium heat until deep golden, about 20 minutes.
  • While this is cooking, blend broth, mustard, heavy cream and sour cream together. Lower heat.
