MEATZA PIE
This is my SIL's recipe and was a great favorite of her two children. As little tots my niece and nephew came out here to Arizona to visit and brought this recipe with them "so they wouldn't feel so homesick!"

PEPPERONI MEATZA
For people that are gluten-intolerant, low-carb, paleo, or whatever, it can be hard to go without pizza. This dish makes it a lot easier. It is made pretty much exactly the same as pizza, but with ground beef as the crust. Sounds weird at first, but it is absolutely delicious and very filling. This is something great to make ahead of time and then eat as leftovers later on. It's great hot or cold, just like pizza! I find that if you make 6 square slices, each slice is usually more than enough to fill you up. Feel free to add whatever toppings you normally eat on pizza. It will taste just as good!

Tips:
- Use a good quality mince: The quality of the mince will make a big difference to the final pie. Look for a mince that is high in fat and has a good beefy flavor.
- Don't overcook the mince: Overcooked mince will be dry and tough. Cook it until it is just cooked through, then remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Use a good quality gravy: The gravy is what will bring all the flavors of the pie together. Make sure you use a gravy that is rich and flavorful.
- Don't skimp on the cheese: Cheese is what makes a meat pie special. Use a good quality cheddar cheese that will melt well and give the pie a lovely golden crust.
- Let the pie cool slightly before serving: This will help the filling to set and make it easier to slice.
Conclusion:

With so many different variations available, there is sure to be a meat pie recipe that everyone will love.
