Tips:

  • Use ripe avocados: The riper the avocados, the creamier and more flavorful your guacamole will be. Look for avocados that are deep green or black in color, with no bruises or blemishes.
  • Choose the right tomatoes: For the best flavor, use Roma tomatoes, which are less watery than other types of tomatoes.
  • Use fresh cilantro: Cilantro adds a bright, citrusy flavor to guacamole. If you don't have fresh cilantro, you can use dried cilantro, but it won't be as flavorful.
  • Don't over-mash the avocados: Over-mashed avocados will make your guacamole mushy. Instead, use a fork to gently mash the avocados until they are just slightly chunky.
  • Season to taste: Add salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste. You can also add other seasonings, such as cumin, chili powder, or garlic powder, to taste.

Conclusion:

This Mean Green Guacamole Salsa is the perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion. It's easy to make, delicious, and healthy. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy recipe, give this one a try. You won't be disappointed!
