½ cup chopped Maui or other sweet onion
1 clove garlic
¼ cup papaya seeds
⅔ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
¼ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 cup vegetable oil
