1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 to 3 teaspoons milk
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 16 medium muffin cups with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix granulated sugar, flour and cinnamon.
  • Separate dough into 16 triangles. For each roll, dip 1 marshmallow into melted butter; roll in sugar mixture. Place marshmallow on shortest side of triangle. Roll up, starting at shortest side and rolling to opposite point. Completely cover marshmallow with dough; firmly pinch edges to seal. 1/2 cup warm water
1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

  • Stir gelatin mix and water in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min.; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in marshmallows. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until marshmallows are partially melted. Stir with whisk until marshmallows are completely melted. Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 45 min. or until set. Run sharp knife around edges of pan to loosen gelatin layer from pan. Starting at 1 edge, roll up gelatin layer tightly. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 egg
3 cups mini marshmallows or 3 cups marshmallows, cut in small pieces
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
2 cups shredded coconut

Steps:

  • Melt chocolate with butter in the microwave.
  • Add in icing sugar and egg; cool slightly.
  • Mix in marshmallows into chocolate/butter mixture until they are coated with chocolate mixture.
  • Tear 3 sheets of foil paper about 12x18 inches each.
  • Sprinkle a 2-in band of coconut down the lengh of the foil.
  • Spoon 1/3 of the marshmallow mixture over the coconut.
  • Sprinkle the remaining coconut over marshmallow mixture.
  • Wrap up in the foil to make a long roll, sealing well.

  • Loosen edges with a knife. Starting at one end, roll up tightly. With seam side down, cut into 10 to 12 (1/2) inch slices. The easiest way to cut the Jello is with a piece of thread or dental floss. Just put the string around roll-up, cross and pull.
