Tips:

  • To make the perfect flatbread crust, use a combination of all-purpose flour and bread flour. This will give the crust a crispy exterior and a chewy interior.
  • Be sure to let the flatbread dough rest for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out. This will allow the dough to relax and become more pliable.
  • When rolling out the dough, be sure to use a lightly floured surface to prevent the dough from sticking.
  • To get a crispy crust, bake the flatbread on a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Be careful not to overload the flatbread with toppings. Too many toppings will make the flatbread soggy.
  • Serve the flatbread immediately after baking for the best flavor and texture.
