1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup marsala wine or white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley

1 cup long-grain rice
2 cups coarsely chopped rotisserie chicken
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
